Michele Bredice Craemer founded power pack presentations utilizing her bachelors degree in Human Development from Boston College, and her masters of education in Health Science from Springfield College.


She designs seminars and books centered around wellness & motivation - which are “fit for action”.  Her interactive, educational seminars encourage participants to lead positive, healthy lifestyles.

Speaking engagements include: Keynote Addresses at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital’s Women’s Health Event & Litchfield Country Women’s Network Daughter’s Day. Conferences at Bentley University Women’s Leadership Institute, The New England Business Expo , The Boston Chamber of Commerce  & Northwestern Chamber of Commerces’s WOW! Women of the World forums. Lunch & learn presentations at
clients such as Harvard Medical School and Ernst & Young.


Her children’s books ~ Pellie Runs A Marathon & CoCo Loves To Tri ~ integrate the importance of physical activity and
motivational life lessons such as perseverance, positive attitudes and determination.  Her  inspirational book, GIRLS SWEAT! , displays life lessons through running - such as how hard work, sweat, a well thought-out goal and positive attitude can yield rewarding accomplishments - in both running & life.


Michele is certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and is a two-time qualified Boston Marathon Runner.
